NYP ultimate Frisbee club started out in 2004. It was started by a group of Frisbee eutectics who not only enjoy the game but the level of intensity it provides. The founder of NYP ultimate (NYP ultimate Frisbee in short) was non other than Benjamin Ho who was then an outstanding athletic in the sports club. Until now he has been selflessly offering his time to come back and coach NYP ultimate together with many other graduates who also come back to offer their help in growing the club/team.

NYP ultimate is not only a sports team in NYP but a club which is base on strong friendship which have been felt by members of other clubs from NYP. Yearly, NYP ultimate take in members of different level, especially students with no sports background and we develop them to not only like sports but play the sport. We do not outcast you just because you can’t play sports but we intergrades you to our circle of friends and thus influence you to a more health concern person.

NYP Invitational 2008/09

Ever since the start of NYP ultimate, we have been playing host to the yearly inter-varsity ultimate Frisbee games. It started with only 4 schools till now up to 12 sch’s are joining the competition.

From the recent competition, we are currently the defending champion for 3 consistent years.

This year inter-varsity ultimate Frisbee games, in order to accommodate the growing number of teams and to give chances to new teams; game day was spread over 2 weekend.

1st, the group playoffs and the following week was finals. Nyp played a total of 4 games during the group stage. We won 3 games and lost to SIM. During the finals, we had our quarter finals against SMU. Semi-finals was a tough fight against NTU. Followed by the finals, against NUS which consist of many experience anbrd strong players.
